- 12 slices Stergiou Family tsoureki with Chios mastic.
- 240 ml fresh milk.
- 3 eggs.
- Caramelized condensed milk.
- Butter for frying.

- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk.
- In a frying pan, add enough butter to cover the surface of the pan when melted.
- Dip the slices into the bowl one by one, for 2 seconds on each side, until they absorb some of the liquid but do not soak.
- Fry for 2-3’ on each side until golden.
- Serve with dulce de leche (Caramelized condensed milk).
