Ingredients

  • 1 Pack of  Stergiou Family mini croissants ( Authentic recipe)
  • 1 bar of baking chocolate, 65%
  • 1 apricot jam (or fruit jam of your choice)

Steps

  1. With a bread knife (serrated) cut the croissants in half.
  2. Spread apricot jam across the croissants
  3. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie
  4. Dip the croissants vertically up to the middle into the melted chocolate
  5. Leave on a rack or on baking paper until the chocolate dries.
