- 1 Pack of Stergiou Family mini croissants ( Authentic recipe)
- 1 bar of baking chocolate, 65%
- 1 apricot jam (or fruit jam of your choice)

- With a bread knife (serrated) cut the croissants in half.
- Spread apricot jam across the croissants
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie
- Dip the croissants vertically up to the middle into the melted chocolate
- Leave on a rack or on baking paper until the chocolate dries.
