Ingredients

  • 200g Stergiou Family marple cake.
  • 60g cream cheese.
  • 80g icing sugar.
  • 1 tbsp. milk.
  • ½ tube/sachet of vanilla powder.
  • 200gr. white baking chocolate.
  • 100 gr. sprinkles.

Steps

  1. Crumble the cake in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla and milk.
  3. Pour the cake in the second bowl and mix to make a dough.
  4. Shape into even balls of 20g and place them on a baking pan lined with baking paper.
  5. Place the pan in the freezer and freeze for 25-30 minutes.
  6.  Once removed from the freezer put a lollipop stick in each of the balls.
  7. Dip in melted white baker’s chocolate which you have placed in a bowl.
  8. Scatter sprinkles immediately over the cake pops, let cool.
