- 200g Stergiou Family marple cake.
- 60g cream cheese.
- 80g icing sugar.
- 1 tbsp. milk.
- ½ tube/sachet of vanilla powder.
- 200gr. white baking chocolate.
- 100 gr. sprinkles.

- Crumble the cake in a bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, icing sugar, vanilla and milk.
- Pour the cake in the second bowl and mix to make a dough.
- Shape into even balls of 20g and place them on a baking pan lined with baking paper.
- Place the pan in the freezer and freeze for 25-30 minutes.
- Once removed from the freezer put a lollipop stick in each of the balls.
- Dip in melted white baker’s chocolate which you have placed in a bowl.
- Scatter sprinkles immediately over the cake pops, let cool.
