Ingredients

  • 250g Stergiou Family grape must cookies.
  • 120g butter.
  • 700 g chilled cream cheese.
  • 1 tube/sachet of vanilla powder (1.5g).
  • 300g cream 35% fat.
  • 100g icing sugar.
  • 400 g strawberry jam.

Steps

  1. Melt the butter.
  2. Using a blender, crumble the grape must cookies.
  3.  Add melted butter to blender and blend a little more.
  4. In a 25cm. round pan add the crumbled grape must cookies and with your hands evenly spread the mixture across the bottom of the pan.
  5. Place the pan in the refrigerator to cool.
  6.  In the mixing bowl add the cream cheese , vanilla and icing sugar. Beat until mixed well.
  7. Add the cream and beat until the cream thickens.
  8. Remove pan from fridge and spread the cream mixture over the base.
  9. Refrigerate cheesecake for 3 hours.
  10. Top cheesecake with strawberry jam and serve.
