- 250g Stergiou Family grape must cookies.
- 120g butter.
- 700 g chilled cream cheese.
- 1 tube/sachet of vanilla powder (1.5g).
- 300g cream 35% fat.
- 100g icing sugar.
- 400 g strawberry jam.

- Melt the butter.
- Using a blender, crumble the grape must cookies.
- Add melted butter to blender and blend a little more.
- In a 25cm. round pan add the crumbled grape must cookies and with your hands evenly spread the mixture across the bottom of the pan.
- Place the pan in the refrigerator to cool.
- In the mixing bowl add the cream cheese , vanilla and icing sugar. Beat until mixed well.
- Add the cream and beat until the cream thickens.
- Remove pan from fridge and spread the cream mixture over the base.
- Refrigerate cheesecake for 3 hours.
- Top cheesecake with strawberry jam and serve.
