Ingredients

  • 30g butter.
  • 9 slices Stergiou Family orange cake.
  • 1 bar of white chocolate.
  • 4 eggs.
  • 3 tbsp. sugar.
  • 3 tbsp. cocoa powder.
  • 200 ml cream.
  • 250 ml milk.
  • 1 dulce de leche (carameliszd condensed milk).

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Grease a pan with butter.
  3. Cut the cake slices into pieces and place them in the pan.
  4.  In a bowl, beat the cream, milk, eggs, sugar and cocoa.
  5. Once mixed, pour the mixture in the bowl over the cake and let stand for 15’.
  6. Break the white chocolate into pieces and press the pieces into the mixture.
  7. Bake for 30- minutes until the pudding becomes solid.
  8. Pour the dulce de leche over the pudding.
