- 30g butter.
- 9 slices Stergiou Family orange cake.
- 1 bar of white chocolate.
- 4 eggs.
- 3 tbsp. sugar.
- 3 tbsp. cocoa powder.
- 200 ml cream.
- 250 ml milk.
- 1 dulce de leche (carameliszd condensed milk).

- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Grease a pan with butter.
- Cut the cake slices into pieces and place them in the pan.
- In a bowl, beat the cream, milk, eggs, sugar and cocoa.
- Once mixed, pour the mixture in the bowl over the cake and let stand for 15’.
- Break the white chocolate into pieces and press the pieces into the mixture.
- Bake for 30- minutes until the pudding becomes solid.
- Pour the dulce de leche over the pudding.
