- 1 package Stergiou Family Mini Bakes whole wheat mini-croissants.
- 60 g. cream cheese.
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill.
- 6 capers.
- Lemon zest.
- 120g. smoked salmon.

- Tear 6 croissants and spread cream cheese inside.
- Fill each croissant with 20gr. of smoked salmon.
- Finely chop the 6 capers and put on top of the salmon.
- Add a pinch of chopped dill and a small amount of lemon zest.
