Ingredients

  • 1 package Stergiou Family Mini Bakes whole wheat mini-croissants.
  • 60 g. cream cheese.
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped dill.
  • 6 capers.
  • Lemon zest.
  • 120g. smoked salmon.

Steps

  1. Tear 6 croissants and spread cream cheese inside.
  2.  Fill each croissant with 20gr. of smoked salmon.
  3. Finely chop the 6 capers and put on top of the salmon.
  4. Add a pinch of chopped dill and a small amount of lemon zest.
