- 1 package Stergiou Family mini-croissants.
- 380ml milk.
- 90g sugar.
- 40 g. fine semolina.
- 1 tube/sachet of vanilla powder (1.5 gr.).
- zest of half an orange.
- 20g. butter, chilled.
- ⅕ tsp salt.

- In a pan, bring the sugar and milk to a boil over medium heat.
- Add semolina and stir with a whisk, until cream thickens.
- Add vanilla and remove pan from heat.
- Add orange zest, salt and butter and stir until butter melts.
- With a bread knife (serrated), cut the croissants in half.
- On a plate place two croissants that you have filled with bougatsa cream.
- You can also add strawberries to release taste
