For the muffin tsoureki:
- 7-8 slices Stergiou Family brioche cubed.
- 1 cup milk.
- 3 eggs.
- ¼ cup sugar.
- 1 tube/sachet of vanilla powder (1.5 gr).
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon.
For the crumble:
- ¼ cup brown sugar.
- ¼ cup flour.
- ¼ cup butter, chilled.
- ⅓ tsp. ground cinnamon.
- ⅕ tsp. salt.
