A hot olive bread is one of the most delicious and at the same time authentic Greek ways to start or accompany a meal. We make our own bread using a slow maturing dough with wheat flour, natural durum wheat yeast,oil, water and olives. The result is an aromatic bun with textured crumb, soft crust and pieces of olive in each bite. You can serve it with other small breads or on its own.
