With the nutritional benefits of whole wheat
In order to achieve the ideal combination of texture, nutritional value and taste, we mixed wholemeal flour with wheat flour, buckwheat and rye flour. The result is a crunchy bread with an intense, rich taste due to the presence of the whole grain of thenwheat, which in combination with the oat flakes on its crust, make it an excellent source of fiber. It can accompany any meal but is equally delicious on its own.
