Four different seeds (Sesame, Flaxseed, Sunflower and Poppy) and three types of flour (Wheat, Rye and Barley) compose the unique recipe of this multigrain bread. With a special taste from the presence of roasted seeds in the dough, this mini baguette is the easiest way to add a number of essential vitamins, amino acids, fiber and minerals, such as calcium, zinc, copper and magnesium to our diet. With a crunchy crust, open crumb structure and mild taste, this mini baguette easily accompanies any meal or can be enjoyed on its own.
