The favorite recipe of Mini Villagio, with Carob Flour of Crete

To create this small bread, we experimented with the original recipe of Mini Villagio, adding wholemeal flour and Carob flour of Crete to durum wheat flour. The result is an exuberant artisan bun with a slightly denser texture than our classic Mini Villagio, but with all the added benefits of Carob: minerals, protein, calcium - in three times the amount present in milk - and vitamins A, B, C, D and E. It is the ideal choice for those looking to combine taste and healthy eating.
