Our raisin roll is a delicious authentic French dessert, with aromatic butter puff pastry and juicy raisins in every bite. Using puff pastry as a base, we give it its characteristic snail shape, closing in between the layers delicious crème pâtissière and juicy raisins. The thin thickness of the pastry gives a crispy - almost caramelized - texture to the crust, while allowing the inner layers of dough to retain their moisture. We suggest you glaze it with sugar after baking, for an even more special look and taste.
